The F&I Zone Selling System

1) Greeting and customer interview
The F&I manager greets the customer and brings them to the F&I office. During a short customer interview, the manager matches customer needs with available F&I products. The manager then selects the products that fit the customer’s needs.

2) Menu of product options and close
The final phase of the F&I Zone System is the presentation of product options. Based on the customer interview, you can develop up to four packages that meet the particular needs and wants of each individual. By the time you reach this phase, the customer has already been informed of the benefits and features of each product, and it should be a simple selection process.
